The hardness of CNC machined cemented carbide parts at room temperature can reach 86~93HRA, which is equivalent to 69~81HRC. High hardness can be maintained at 900~1000℃。
CNC machined carbide parts have excellent wear resistance. Compared with high-speed tool steel, the cutting speed can be 4 to 7 times higher, the service life is 5 to 80 times longer, and it can cut hard materials with a hardness of up to 50HRC.
